Important Information About Outrigger Waikiki Hotel Renovation

Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach will undergo renovation from March 1 – June 30, 2012. Upgrades are planned for the hotel driveway entry, all guest rooms, and the beachfront swimming pool. During this time, everything possible will be done to ensure your comfort and minimize any effect the renovation activity may have on your stay. We warmly thank you for your patience while improvements are made to enhance your guest experience.
Hotel Driveway Entry
The hotel driveway facing Kalakaua Avenue will be resurfaced. While this is done, hotel walkways and valet parking service will not be obstructed.
Guest Rooms
Guest rooms will be completely remodeled including soundproofing walls and installing new furnishings and fixtures. Balcony railings will also be replaced which will entail significant construction work. This work will only be done Monday – Saturday from 9 am – 5:30 pm when guests are typically away at the beach, sightseeing, or shopping.
Swimming Pool
The beachfront swimming pool and whirlpool spa will be rebuilt and pool deck resurfaced. The pool will be closed while this is done and guests are invited to use the swimming pools at Outrigger Reef on the Beach or Holiday Inn Waikiki Beachcomber Resort across the street.
